• Invite link sent 24 hours before session

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

• By You: 24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule

• Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours): Session fee is forfeit (non-refundable)

• By Us: We will reschedule at no charge if we must cancel

• No refund for cancellations; credit applied to future session

Session Conduct:

• Sessions are one-on-one (unless group coaching is purchased)

• Recording requires written permission from both parties

• Session notes are confidential

• Sharing session content outside the relationship violates confidentiality

Session Policies:

• Arrive on time (5 minutes early recommended)

• Technical issues: If you can't connect, contact us immediately for rescheduling

• If we can't connect, we'll reschedule at no charge

• No-shows: If you don't appear, session fee is forfeit

Refund Policy for Services:
